Rabi Lamichhane, Chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is leaving for India today on a five-day official visit at the invitation of Nitin Nabin of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
According to the party, Lamichhane will remain in India until Jestha 22 and is scheduled to hold a series of high-level political and diplomatic meetings in New Delhi.
The delegation accompanying him includes RSP Joint General Secretary and Member of Parliament Bipin Kumar Acharya, Secretariat Member and Member of Parliament Deepak Bohora, his wife Nikita Poudel, and Pradip Acharya.
During the visit, Lamichhane is expected to meet BJP leaders, members of the Nepali community living in India, and supporters of the party. The party stated that the meetings, discussions, and travel arrangements are being coordinated by the Embassy of Nepal in New Delhi.
The visit is expected to focus on strengthening political dialogue and enhancing engagement with the Nepali diaspora in India.
