Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been officially selected to oversee the initial public offering process of Genesis Ventures Limited, following the signing of a formal agreement between the two companies.
As part of the arrangement, Genesis Ventures plans to issue 2.5 million ordinary shares to the public, with Laxmi Sunrise Capital taking responsibility as the designated issue and sales manager for the offering.
The agreement was signed during a formal ceremony attended by senior representatives from both institutions. The signing was completed by Chief Executive Officer Bijaya Lal Shrestha and Chairman Anuj Rathi, marking the beginning of preparations for the company’s public market entry.
Genesis Ventures, known for investing in private market opportunities and emerging high-potential sectors, views the public share issuance as an important strategic step toward strengthening its capital base.
Company officials believe the planned IPO will provide additional financial resources to accelerate business expansion, explore new investment opportunities, and reinforce the company’s long-term development strategy.
The partnership with Laxmi Sunrise Capitalis expected to ensure a structured and efficient execution of the public offering process as Genesis Ventures moves closer to entering Nepal’s capital market.
