Apollo Hydropower Limited (APHL) has been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Monday, June 8. A total of 4.7 million shares of the company have been admitted for trading on the secondary market.
The listed shares comprise 1.41 million shares issued to the general public through the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) and 3.29 million shares held by the founding shareholders. Together, these shares represent the company’s total listed capital on NEPSE.
Following the listing, APHL shares will participate in NEPSE’s Special Pre-Open Session on Tuesday. After the completion of the first transaction, the shares will become available for trading in the regular market.
NEPSE has set an opening price range of NPR 100 to NPR 300 per share for the company’s first trade. Investors will be able to trade the stock under the ticker symbol “APHL.”
