United Ajod Insurance Limited has opened an auction of 70,480 units of unclaimed rights shares from its earlier rights offering. The auction begins today, 29th Jestha, 2083, and will remain open until 8th Ashadh, 2083.
The auction includes:
- 63,847 units of ordinary right shares
- 6,633 units of promoter right shares
According to the company, a total of 22,39,520 rights shares were allotted to eligible applicants during the subscription period, representing 96.95% subscription of the total issue.
The remaining 70,480 units (3.05%) that were not claimed by eligible shareholders are now being offered through auction.
This auction follows UAIL’s earlier 100:10 rights issue, which was available to shareholders from 26th Chaitra, 2082 to 31st Baishakh, 2083.

- Ordinary rights shares available: 63,847 units
- Promoter rights shares available: 6,633 units
- Minimum bid price: Rs. 100 per share
- Minimum bid quantity:
- Ordinary shares: 100 units
- Promoter shares: 1,000 units
- Eligible participants: Individuals, companies, and institutions
- Issue Manager: Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited
Investors may apply for larger quantities, including the full available allotment, provided they comply with regulatory limits on maximum shareholding.
The final allotment will be determined based on bid evaluation after the auction closes.
