Snow Rivers Limited (SNORL) has officially listed its shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), moving one step closer to entering secondary market trading.
The listing includes both promoter-held shares and the shares issued to the general public through the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
With the listing process completed, investors are now awaiting the commencement of trading in the secondary market.
Total of 9.375 Million Shares Listed
According to the listing details, a total of 9,375,000 units of shares have been listed on NEPSE under the trading symbol ‘SNORL’.
The listed quantity includes:
- Promoter shareholding, and
- Public shares issued through the IPO process.
Out of the total listed shares, the company had issued 1,875,000 IPO shares with a face value of Rs. 100 per share to the general public.
The public offering remained open from Baishakh 29 to Jestha 1, 2083.
Opening Range Set for Initial Trading
For the first transaction in the secondary market, NEPSE has determined an opening price range between Rs. 100 and Rs. 300 per share.
The opening range establishes the price band within which the market can determine the stock’s initial trading value once transactions begin.
Trading Expected from Ashad 12
According to the current schedule, if the company completes the required agreement process with NEPSE, trading of SNORL shares in the secondary market is expected to commence from Ashad 12, 2083.
Once trading begins, investors who received IPO allotments will be able to buy and sell shares through the stock exchange.
