A total of 134,054.25 bonus shares of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) have been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) following the company's approved dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bonus shares were approved during the company's 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Poush 29, 2082, where shareholders endorsed a 10% dividend, entirely in the form of bonus shares. The company distributed bonus shares worth approximately Rs. 1.34 crore, increasing its listed share capital accordingly.
With the listing now completed, the newly issued bonus shares will be available for trading after being credited to the respective shareholders' Demat accounts in accordance with NEPSE and CDSC procedures.
As of the latest market update, KBSH was trading at a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 1,410.00 per share.
