Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has received approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue its “10 Yrs, 7% Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092.” The approval was granted on Ashad 09, 2083.
Under the approved plan, the bank will issue 30 lakh units of debentures, each with a face value of Rs. 1,000, taking the total issue size to Rs. 3 billion (Rs. 300 crore).

Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture offering.
